Folksy Friday....

Home Sweet Home Flamingo and Pineapple sign / plaque. Kitsch, kawaii, retro, cute.

This Handmade 'Home Sweet Home' sign/plaque/hanging is made with a felt flamingo, pineapple and flowers which are hand stitched.  

The sign is made out of MDF. It measures 10cm by 30cm. Painted in yellow. 

The flamingo and pineapple are hand cut from felt, hand stitched and filled with cushion stuffing. They have matching coloured sequin decorations.  

The Title 'Home Sweet Home' is made from cardboard letters.  

The Hanging is made from Jute String.  

All my items are sold as Home Decor items and are not suitable to be given as toys due to small parts. As the items are Handmade they may be delicate and should be handled with care.

Skull and Crossbones 'Boys Room' sign - pirate.

The sign is made out of MDF. It measures 7.5cm by 15cm and is hand painted using 'B & Q - Lakeside'.

The Skull and Crossbones are hand cut from felt, hand stitched and filled with cushion stuffing. I also used 'Making Memories - Tiny Type' alphabet stickers to spell 'Boys Room'.

The Sign has self -adhesive tape on the back for easy hanging.

The sign is made out of MDF. It measures 7.5cm by 15cm and is hand painted using 'Dulux - Lemon Punch'.

The Heart is hand cut from felt, hand stitched and filled with cushion stuffing. The Crown is 'Maya Road' chipboard and hand painted using ' Humbrol - Sliver' . The sign says 'Girls Room!' using 'My Little Shoebox' alphabet stickers in 'Rose'
